How art projects for schools work
The details vary between projects, but the aim is always the same: make the creative part enjoyable for children and keep the administration manageable for the PTA.

Art fundraising without the usual PTA headache
All of our current fundraising projects allow parents to order online, avoiding messy cash handling in school. On applicable projects the PTA also controls the price charged to parents, so you decide the balance between affordability and fundraising profit.
Products are printed in-house by School Fundraising's UK production team, helping us maintain consistent print quality across children's artwork.
Why art projects work so well for schools
Art projects for schools combine three things that naturally work well together: classroom creativity, personalised keepsakes and fundraising. Children enjoy creating something of their own, while parents and grandparents are offered a product that has genuine personal value rather than being another generic fundraising purchase.
Art projects for primary schools
Primary school children produce wonderfully individual drawings, and those designs can be reproduced across Christmas cards, mugs, greetings cards, tote bags, tea towels and other personalised gifts. Bright, colourful drawings that fill the available artwork area generally reproduce particularly well.
A project for each part of the school year
Christmas is the best-known school art fundraising season, but creative projects can work throughout the year. Tea towels and tote bags are ideal for spring and summer, Mother's Day and Father's Day create natural seasonal opportunities, while school leavers products provide a memorable end-of-year project.
More than just a school Christmas card project
One of the advantages of using children's artwork is that the same drawing can be used on a range of products. During the Christmas project, for example, families can choose from cards and additional personalised products rather than being restricted to one item.
Designed for PTA volunteers
A fundraising idea is only useful if it is practical to run. School Fundraising's online ordering process lets parents order and pay online on current projects, reducing the paperwork and payment handling that would otherwise fall to PTA volunteers or school staff.
